Job description

As a GoHighLevel CRM Automation Specialist at Njin, you will be the go-to expert for managing, customising, and optimising GoHighLevel accounts for our diverse client base. You’ll ensure every sub-account is meticulously organised, every automation is robust, and every sales process is set up for maximum conversion. You will also take ownership of snapshot management, ensuring our reusable assets are always current and deliver value both as products and client solutions. This role is critical to delivering Njin’s promise: no opportunity slips through the cracks.

What you will do - Essential Responsibilities

  • GoHighLevel Account Management
    • Set up, manage, and optimise GoHighLevel SaaS accounts and sub-accounts for multiple clients.
    • Enforce and maintain strict naming conventions and organisational structures for funnels, pipelines, automations, and folders.
    • Customise GoHighLevel features including pipelines, triggers, tags, forms, calendars, and opportunity stages.
  • Snapshot Management
    • Create, update, and maintain GoHighLevel snapshots to be sold as standalone products and implemented across client accounts.
    • Ensure all snapshots reflect the latest features, best practices, and compliance requirements.
    • Manage version control and coordinate updates across all client accounts using snapshots.
    • Document changes and provide clear communication to internal teams and clients regarding snapshot updates.
  • Automation Design & Integration
    • Design, build, and maintain complex multi-step automation workflows within GoHighLevel.
    • Integrate GoHighLevel with external automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n) and third-party tools via API/webhooks.
    • Troubleshoot, test, and optimise automations for reliability and performance.
  • Sales Funnel & Campaign Creation
    • Build high-converting, multi-step funnels and landing pages using GoHighLevel’s funnel builder.
    • Collaborate with marketing specialists to implement nurture sequences, broadcast campaigns, and event-based automations.
  • Affiliate Programme Support
    • Provide expertise and support for GoHighLevel’s affiliate programme, including sub-account management and SaaS reselling.
  • Client Enablement & Support
    • Train clients and internal teams on GoHighLevel features, best practices, and new releases.
    • Document workflows, SOPs, and maintain accurate records of all CRM configurations.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    • Set up dashboards and reporting tools to monitor campaign and pipeline performance.
    • Propose and implement improvements based on analytics and feedback.

Required qualifications

  • Deep, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including SaaS account management, sub-accounts, snapshot management, and advanced features.
  • Exceptional organisational skills: Proven ability to structure and maintain large, multi-client GoHighLevel environments with clear, logical naming conventions for all assets.
  • Integration expertise: Demonstrated experience connecting GoHighLevel to automation platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, and n8n, including API/webhook configuration.
  • Funnel building: Track record designing and optimising high-converting, multi-step funnels and landing pages within GoHighLevel.
  • Affiliate programme familiarity: Experience managing or supporting GoHighLevel’s affiliate/SaaS reselling features.

Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded)

  • Content creation: Ability to write or edit email and funnel content for nurture sequences and campaigns.
  • CRM versatility: Experience with other CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.) and migrating data/workflows between platforms.
  • Marketing know-how: Understanding of digital ads, campaign tracking, and how paid media integrates with GoHighLevel pipelines.
  • Direct messaging strategies: Familiarity with GoHighLevel’s comment-to-DM automation and social engagement workflows.
  • Technical acumen: Basic HTML/CSS for customising pages and emails; comfort with troubleshooting complex workflow issues.
  • Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret CRM analytics, segment data, and recommend actionable improvements.

  • Automation workflows are robust, reliable, and deliver measurable improvements in lead response times and conversion rates.
  • Funnels and campaigns are optimised for conversion, with clear reporting and actionable insights.
  • Snapshots are always up to date, and updates are efficiently rolled out across all relevant client accounts.
  • Clients and internal teams are confident, trained, and empowered to use GoHighLevel to its full potential.
